Rugby is one of the worlds fastest growing sports for people of all ages

Where are we?

We are presently collecting details of people who want to join our club and we should be able to start training in 2024. Our new playing ground will be, Kirbla Sports Stadium. The Stadium is in the grounds of the old Kirbla Kool. Our headquarters and club house will be located at, ZZ Shop in Kirbla.

Who can play?

Anyone can play! If you can run, you can play. Men, women and children. Teams can be Men, Women, Youth, Mixed and Masters.

Easy to play?

At entry level, it is very easy. The better you get, the more challenging it becomes. You don't have to be big or strong but you do have to be enthusiastic.

Is it regulated?

Yes it is. The Estonia Touch Rugby Association is fully registered and regulated by FIT (Federation of International Touch) who are the world governing body and EFT (European Federation of Touch) who are the governing body for Europe. The Estonia Touch Rugby Association regulates all touch rugby games and tournaments in Estonia.

Kirbla RUFC is the newest club to be accepted as part of the Estonia Rugby Union (Eest Ragbi Liit).

Your President and Head Coach

Chris Hale is the President and Head Coach.

Chris is an ex-professional Rugby League player and has represented England at Rugby Sevens (Union) and Touch. He has been an Elite Rugby Sevens Coach for ten years with Liverpool Sons of Lazarus and has won many of the top honours in the British game. Winning three of the 'big five' competitions in Sevens Rugby Union Elite.

Chris played for England Touch at the 1999 World Cup in Australia and won the European Championship with England in 2000 at Edinburgh, Scotland.

A fast and furious game with skill and flair. Played on a full size rugby field with seven players on each team, with five replacement players.

7.5 minutes for each half with a one minute turn around.

Rugby 15,s Men & Women

Ages 16 - 50

F Full contact

The full version of rugby. Each half is 40 minutes with a 15 minute, half time break. 15 players for each team with up to 8 replacement players.
